My work with a specialist B2B publisher includes helping migrate content and users to WordPress and set up production analytics. It brings together the website, audience data and reporting concerns that publishing teams need to manage.

Agree the scope before the work
For a clearly understood problem, I propose a defined implementation block. My starting rate is £170 per hour. Where the scope fits, an initial block could be up to 10 hours, capped at £1,700. Deliverables, exclusions and any applicable taxes or third-party costs are agreed in the proposal.
A larger or uncertain problem may need a paid assessment first. Its scope and price are agreed before it begins; implementation is quoted separately.
Deliver, review and hand over
We agree how the work will be checked and what documentation or handover is needed. Further projects or ongoing support are discussed only where there is a continuing need—not assumed.
Engineering support for agencies, too
If you deliver projects for publishers or other businesses, I can discuss a defined piece of migration, integration or reporting work within your team’s delivery process. Availability, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed per project.
